- Must be certified from a recognized institution/body for the same
- Conduct Orientation and Training of Employees; training workers and contractors in the relevant safe working procedures
- Enforce Safe Work Practices; Correct Unsafe Conditions
- Prevent Lingering Unsafe or Unhealthful Workplace Conditions or Hazards
- Investigate Workplace Accidents
- Promote Quick Return to Work
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback
- Helping to resolve employee issues and disputes
- Candidates that do not possess minimum experience in this field will not qualify
